Please note that while we try our best to get your package to you as soon as possible, shipping delays can occur. As a precaution, we only send parcels on a Signature Required service, if you are not available to sign for your parcel this may cause delays.

We like to keep things simple, that’s why all of our products are 100% machine washable.

We recommend using your machine's wool setting to wash your Mount Kiwi wool garments. Alternatively, if your machine does not have a wool cycle, you can use the delicate setting or a gentle, cold wash. For the best results, use a mild laundry detergent; a wool-specific detergent is ideal.
