SALE ITEMS

Items on sale are deemed final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless your original order is out of stock. If a sale item is faulty, you may either request an exchange or receive online credit.

PRICING AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

All prices on the site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. If a pricing change affects an item you have already ordered, we will contact you before processing.

Delivery charges cover packaging, shipping, and insurance. Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the goods is deemed to be authorised to receive the delivery on your behalf.
