New Zealand 7:00am NZST 17th November
Australian local times:
- Sydney / Melbourne / Canberra - 5:00am AEDT
- Brisbane - 4:00am AEST
- Adelaide - 4:30am ACDT
- Darwin - 3:30am ACST
- Perth - 2:00am AWST
When does the sale end?
11:59pm NZT on Sunday 30 November, or while stocks last.
How much is shipping during the sale?
Flat rate shipping on all orders apply during all sale periods, including Black Friday sales. NZ orders are NZ$15, Australia orders are AU$30. Rest of the world flat shipping rate is NZ$100.
What happens if I buy something and it’s out of stock?
We work hard to avoid oversells. If an item you purchased is unavailable, we’ll contact you quickly with a clean resolution - normally a prompt refund or a suitable alternative if you prefer.
Are items in my cart reserved?
No. Stock is only secured once checkout is completed and you have an order confirmation.
Can I also use a discount code?
No. Prices are already reduced for the event. Discount codes will not apply during the sale.
How long will shipping take during Black Friday?
We’re increasing capacity, but this is our busiest period. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for dispatch. Courier timeframes apply after dispatch. Rural and international deliveries can take longer. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
Can I change my order or delivery address after placing it?
Orders move fast in the sale window, so changes are not guaranteed. Please double-check your details before checkout. If you message us immediately after ordering, we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange a Black Friday purchase?
No. All discounted items purchased during the sale are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1996.
